If your find your data is lost, first exit the game and restart. If your lost data don’t reappear, contact our customer service. They’ll need this information:
1. Your game account, including Fpid, FB_id and dev_id. To find these, click on the upper right corner of the game screen, then tap the wrench button in the lower right corner.
2. Which level were you at before you lost the data, and which level are you at now
3. Actions you performed before you noticed the loss (installing an update, changing your furniture, etc.)
