If your furniture, boosters, or gold coins are missing for no reason, first exit the game and restart. If your lost items don’t reappear, contact our customer service. They’ll need this information:
1. Your game account, including Fpid, FB_id and dev_id. To find these, click on the upper right corner of the game screen, then tap the wrench button in the lower right corner.
2. Which items you lost, and how many
3. Actions you performed before you noticed the loss (installing an update, changing your furniture, etc.)
